What is Basler Control Generator Paralleling?
The Multiquip Basler parallel system utilizing the Basler DGC2020HD controller, is a sophisticated, microprocessor-based control system that links multiple Multiquip MQ Power generators to act as a single, high-capacity, and redundant power source. It enables precise load sharing, synchronization, and automatic, on-demand power management for large-scale, critical applications.
The following generators can be upgraded to work in paraell by adding a Basler Parallel Kit which includes CamLoks: DCA125, DCA150, DCA180, DCA220, DCA300, and DCA400. Once the kit is installed, different models may be mixed and matched. I.E. a DCA180 + DCA220 = 400kVA of power.
Features DCA600SSV4F3
The DCA600SSV4F3 patented open delta generator winding provides precise voltage control, allowing superior motor starting capability. The microprocessor engine control system maintains frequency to ±0.25% from no load to full load. Equipped with a Tier 4 Final Volvo diesel engine to easily meet the stringent EPA standards while providing profitable performance and reliability. It features an auto start stop that allows the generator to start from a remote location. This model also features an E-coat primer with polyurethane enamel finish coat. The weatherproof steel housing allows a substantially low operating noise level of 71 dB(A). A comprehensive analog control panel provides instrumentation including AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, frequency meter, AC circuit breaker, engine gauges and much more.
